Qualifications:
The following is an absolute must as a Telesales Executive at MAHAM Consulting.
Experience in:
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience, persistence and persuasiveness
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent business field
Required Experience – Telesales Executive
- 2 – 5 years of work experience in telesales or similar sales role
- Proficiency with Digital Marketing fundamentals
- Very familiar with Social Media platforms
- Proven track record of sales achievements
- Good working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office or similar
- Very familiar with Web Applications
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to work smoothly with local and virtual remote teams
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads from cold calling
- Call leads to manage sales opportunities and follow up
- Conduct sales presentations through the phone, webinars and virtual meetings
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Create and keep up to date CRM entries and activity reports
