Budapest, Hungary, Job Title Shopping Centre Marketing Coordinator Job Description Summary Purpose : To develop, organize and coordinate the marketing activities of the Shopping Centre Job Description Major Accountabilities: Prepare the annual marketing plan Prepare monthly financial forecasts, check invoices and expenditure against forecast Write marketing, promotional and creative briefs and monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns Manage the relationship with creative, PR, market research, media and social media agencies Ensure that all marketing material is produced for online, offline and in-centre channels in line with the marketing plan Prepare a marketing operations report each month Take responsibility for brand management and the corporate identity Analyze competitor activity, research, footfall and retailer sales data on an ongoing basis Liaise closely with tenants to ensure that they are aware of and buy into the marketing plan Maintain effective internal communications Analyze potential strategic partner relationships Provide marketing support and material for leasing and commercialization colleagues Qualifications: Bachelor degree in relevant subject or degree plus marketing qualification Experience in consumer marketing, preferably retail or FMCG Fluent in written and spoken English Hungarian mother tongue Competencies: Strong analytical and project management skills Numerate Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Confident outgoing personality and good presenter Strong creative outlook Works well in a team and with a wide range of people Proactive and responds well under pressure Good IT skills especially PowerPoint and Excel Cushman & Wakefield is committed to equity in employment and our goal is to have a diverse, inclusive, and barrier-free workplace.
