Strategic Marketing Services
Strategic Marketing Services, within the Business and Community Services, provides clients with custom market research.
Impact & Responsibilities: Develops project scopes for customers and prospects; establishes project criteria to solicit vendor quotes; manages vendor compliance/performance to ensure project objectives are met; performs secondary research in support of projects; performs project-related online survey development and participant recruitment, data analysis; constructs final reports; and hires, trains, and evaluates performance of student research associates.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a business or math related field plus at least two years of market research experience, including data analysis and report generation, including written analysis and creation of tables, graphs, or charts to support findings.
Preferred: Experience mentoring students; project management experience; experience with e-business suites, online survey platforms such as Qualtrics or QuestionPro, and custom graphic software such as InDesign or Photoshop.
