ARB is a world leader in the manufacture and distribution of high quality 4×4 and off-road accessories, including; air locking differentials, air compressors, bumpers, suspension systems, roof racks, skid plates, roof top tents, recovery gear, and more.
This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will play a key role in bringing ARB products to market in a way that successfully reaches the target consumer. The successful candidate will take ownership of the positioning, messaging and branding of each product. You will be responsible for developing a marketing plan, overseeing its implementation, and generally ensuring all marketing adheres to company messaging. This is an in-person position, M-F. 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Develop and implement a product marketing plan in line with the company’s business & strategic objectives
Develop long-term portfolio strategy and identify opportunities for new product development
Work closely with other teams to develop promotional programs & tools to support the delivery of product plans & new product launches
Conduct product training for field sales & other audiences.
Analyze sales, financial, and market data to support planning & forecasting and arrive at recommendations to achieve objectives
Provide product launch support to qualify market opportunity from a product, positioning, and pricing standpoint
Develop product plans in a manner that is consumer friendly, market realistic, creative and ultimately compelling
Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria

Experience/Skills

Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (across operating functions and geographic locations) and with senior management
Background in business/sales administration and budgeting is required
Candidate must be analytical and detail oriented
Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English is required
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required and will be assessed
