Additional hours as needed for community events, etc. Location : 1035 Red Bud Road NE Calhoun, GA 30701 The role you’ll contribute: The Marketing Project Manager will work with the marketing team to intake requests, create, track, and monitor all projects for the department. They are responsible for communicating between internal and external stakeholders to ensure timeliness, communication, and completion of the department’s projects. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : · Works with external clients, internal team members, freelancers, and vendors to meet with clients, set deadlines and assign tasks, clear barriers and follow-up communication as needed. · Collaborates with graphic designers and other members of the marketing team to develop advertising, educational and other content. · Gathers, documents and disseminates initial project details so that all project participants have the information needed to get started. · Manages, creates and schedules the timeline of marketing projects from ideation through completion. · Report out on department projects to marketing leadership. · Ensures that all marketing projects are continuously documented in project management system, risks that might impact the successful delivery of the project are identified and mitigated without compromising quality. · Manages the organization of the market’s print portal, serving as a liaison between print vendors and internal clients · Serves as managing editor of Northwest Georgia Health magazine. · Supervises creative design manager and graphic design · Demonstrates professional conduct at all times. · Performs other duties as assigned. The value you’ll bring to the team: · Displays high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines · Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices. · Proven ability to deliver projects according to agreed scope, timeline and budget · Detail-oriented · Excellent organizational, prioritization and decision-making skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Relationship/stakeholder management experience · Ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision · Demonstrate the ability to work well with others, using tact and diplomacy · Ability to multi-task and take direction in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, matrixed work environment Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed : · Experience with project management software · Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals in written, oral and interpersonal forms, using tact and diplomacy to foster a team environment while keeping projects on schedule · Excellent grammar skills · Attention to detail · Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment · Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English · Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED: · Workzone experience preferred EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field OR 5 years of project management experience · Minimum 3 years of specific project management experience handling cross-functional team engagements and communication EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: · Project Management certification · Health care experience · Leadership experience LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED : · None.
