Austin, Texas, This position is for a lease up opening Fall 2024. Preleasing begins August 2023. This position generates interest and drives new leasing traffic to the leasing office, serves as a property representative at student hangouts and events and provides additional support to the community at large leasing events. JOB DESCRIPTION Generates excitement and interest about the assigned community during all external marketing outreach. Talks to leasing prospects about community and housing needs. Distributes literature and promotional items on campus and at popular student hangouts. Attends housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, high traffic on-campus locations and other large campus events to market the respective community. The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for employment at the time of posting. Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance. Onsite Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
