Orange City, Iowa, Northwestern College is seeking a resourceful marketing and communications professional to lead the marketing strategies of the Graduate School and Adult Learning (GSAL) division. Responsibilities include promoting Northwestern’s Stand Out GSAL brand and programs by generating and overseeing website content, coordinating marketing campaigns, and managing the division’s digital and social media outreach. A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in marketing, public relations, communications or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with marketing and communications experience and a track record of digital and social media marketing success. Basic graphic design and HTML skills are a plus. In addition, the successful candidate will have:
Experience developing and executing marketing plans and overseeing production of print and digital marketing collateral.
A thorough understanding of digital and social media strategy, trends and evaluation methods.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
A commitment to exceptional customer service and best practices in adult higher education.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within Northwestern’s fast-paced, highly relational team.
