The team produces impactful, engaging content, harnessing the full spectrum of channels available in support of the Xtrackers business objectives. The Xtrackers Marketing team is responsible for developing and leading our marketing strategy and tactics for Xtrackers ETF / ETC offering around the globe. The team works closely with all other marketing & communications functions as well as our product and sales functions to define and constantly update the narrative, messaging, relevant channels and formats for their audience. Building relationships with the Client Coverage / Sales teams and working closely with the Digital Marketing, Events, Social Media, Content and Product teams, you will be responsible for executing a marketing strategy and plan aligned to the Americas Xtrackers goals. You will also measure program results and adjust based on outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities: Assist in establishing and executing a marketing plan (including a web-presence) for a small and bespoke offering of ETF-based model portfolios, in collaboration with our DWS multi-asset team and the local ETF Marketing team Collaborate with our team of US-based Wealth Consultants to create and execute dedicated campaigns for a small and bespoke offering of ETF-based model portfolios across US turnkey asset management platforms (TAMPs) and other consumers of multi-asset model portfolios Assure participation in applicable industry conferences to establish know-how around effective use-cases and marketing strategies for ETF-based model portfolios Support the local marketing team in the execution of innovative campaigns across digital marketing (paid and organic), CRM, media, publisher partnerships, digital events, and sales enablement integration for ETF related topics Make effective and collaborative use of various marketing tools such as email, social, paid content, webcasts and advertising to create a consistent and client experience. Integrate data-driven learnings into actionable campaigns Handle day to day Marketing inquiries Collaborate with all Marketing & Communication functions globally, to create industry leading marketing strategies and campaigns that seek to achieve our ambitious distribution targets Your Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience within asset management and/or US wealth management Ability to build/have strong relationships across Investment-, Sales- and Product functions Good understanding of client needs and ability to translate into messaging and deliverables Eager to develop analytical and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Good knowledge of relationship marketing including direct and digital marketing practices to drive new and existing advisor relationships Good understanding of wirehouse, independent, RIA and Family Office channels Ideally some experience in ETFs, multi-asset investment solutions and model portfolio offerings Some experience in building thematic and highly targeted solution-based campaigns Bachelor’s degree Salesforce / Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with proven results utilizing tool; highly motivated to continue to learn and adopt quickly Licenses Required/Preferred: SIE and Series 7 or willingness to obtain one in the first 6 months of employment What we’ll offer you: A healthy, engaged and well-supported workforce are better equipped to do their best work and, more importantly, enjoy their lives inside and outside the workplace. The salary range for this position in New York City is $58,500-$100,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.
