The Team: The Polk Automotive Solutions team creates products that deliver best-in-class automotive intelligence to help marketers connect more effectively with their customers. The core client personas served are automotive marketers within automotive brands, ad tech, mar tech, and retail space. The Impact: This role leads product strategy, innovation, and development within the Polk Automotive Solutions product suite, leading Campaign Measurement, Subscriber Profile, and Buyer Profile tools . This role is an outspoken champion and subject matter expert with P&L responsibility. What’s in it for you: Create solutions and insights that are the cornerstone to every automotive marketer’s strategy Lead the industry with innovative solutions in campaign attribution, solving for challenges like signal loss and cookie deprecation Develop critical business skills by leading profitability and investment roadmaps, anticipating market needs. Responsibilities: Product performance for Campaign Measurement, Subscriber Profile, and Buyer Profile tools, including packaging, pricing, and client experience within core client base of media platforms, automotive marketers, automotive retailers/dealers. Polk Signals subject matter expert on product data sets and utilization. Collaborates with Sales and Marketing on Go-To-Market and promotional “voice of brand”. Cultivates product and operational innovation based on emerging market trend, new technologies and best practices. Evaluates competitive and alternative offerings, assessing their strengths, weaknesses, and market position relative to current S&P Global Mobility offerings. What We’re Looking For: Autonomy & Self-Motivation: Strong ability to independently manage multiple product initiatives across multiple teams within a matrix organization. Demonstrated excellent ability to successfully work with multidisciplinary, geographical dispersed project teams, while meeting deadlines and budgets Analytics: Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills to form the basis of well-researched and documented plans and requirements. Problem Solving: Demonstrated strong ability to identify, analyze, evaluate alternatives and formulate responses to resolve to business and customer problems. Decision Making: Quickly analyzes, incorporates, and applies new information and concepts, and can make effective decisions even under pressure. Communication: Demonstrated excellent written communications skills, including ability to conduct presentations for clients, prospects and management. Minimum 2+ years’ relevant experience in media, marketing analytics, or CRM Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in industry/workflow. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
